Socialize and network with like-minded professionals at the 2017 Affordable Housing Conference and Annual Meeting

Between sessions, meet and reconnect with industry professionals. Throughout the day we’ll give you plenty of time to find conversation with other property managers, owners, developers, maintenance professionals and other leaders in the housing sphere. We have 15 minutes scheduled between each class for you to walk around, check out exhibitors and talk with other attendees.

Our biggest networking event will follow the last session on November 15. The Conference will be followed with a Denim and Diamonds Reception, offering a huge opportunity to connect with other conference attendees. Enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres while conversing with everyone. During the reception, we will be hosting a silent auction to benefit the Ralph E. Biggs Scholarship fund.

Silent Auction

We are now collecting auction items for the 2017 AHAIN Silent Auction and would like to request your assistance in making this year’s event a success.

We are looking for items of all sizes and monetary values to provide a large variety to our conference attendees. No item is too small or too large. Examples of past donations include gas cards, store and restaurant gift cards, vacation packages, iPod shuffle, TVs, golf clubs, sporting event passes and more.

The proceeds from this year’s auction are designated to the Ralph E. Biggs Scholarship fund, which covers $1,500 per year for educational expenses, with a maximum of four years of funding, to a resident of affordable housing of an AHAIN member.
