{"id":31354,"date":"2025-12-15T15:30:09","date_gmt":"2025-12-15T20:30:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.carh.org\/?p=31354"},"modified":"2025-12-15T15:37:59","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T20:37:59","slug":"update-rural-housing-service-management-interactive-network-connection-minc-technical-issues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.carh.org\/update-rural-housing-service-management-interactive-network-connection-minc-technical-issues\/","title":{"rendered":"UPDATE \u2013 Rural Housing Service \u2013 Management Interactive Network Connection (MINC) Technical Issues"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin: 0in;\"><strong>CARH\u2019S BROADCAST E-MAIL \u2013 Regulatory Alert<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><b>December 15, 2025<\/p>\n<p><\/b>Today, Rural Development issued a Stakeholder Announcement entitled, <em>Rural Housing Service &#8211; Management Interactive Network Connection (MINC) Technical Issues &#8211; UPDATE.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;\">The announcement states in full:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; padding-left: 40px;\">The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development\u2019s Office of Multifamily Housing (MFH) has corrected the technical issue within the MINC system which caused a disruption with the acceptance of tenant certifications and recertifications. The resolution allowed a significant number of pending certifications to process. However, manual processing will be required on a very small quantity of transactions.
