The announcement provides the Production and Preservation Division\u2019s 2025 calendar year-end closing schedule.<\/p>\n<p>As stated in the announcement, owners and applicants intending to close a transaction on or before December 31, 2025, must have fully executed conditional commitments\/letters of conditions, and all outstanding information and documentation submitted on or before Friday, October 3, 2025. This includes having fully approved third-party reports, organizational document review, and construction documents.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>2) Announcement of Revisions to RD Civil Rights Forms and Posters<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On June 13, 2025, RD\u2019s Civil Rights Office announced revisions to some of their forms and posters. Today, they issued an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carh.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/081425_Annoucement-Revisions-of-civil-rights-posters.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Announcement<\/a> providing links to the revised forms, and a list of now obsolete forms.
