The purpose of <em>this Federal Register<\/em> Notice is to document any new statutory or regulatory waivers included in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hud.gov\/sites\/dfiles\/OCHCO\/documents\/2025-01hsgn.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RAD Supplemental Notice 4C- Housing 2025-01\/PIH 2025-03<\/a>, which can take effect 10 days following publication in the <em>Federal Register<\/em>. The new waivers documented in this <em>Federal Register<\/em> Notice include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New waivers authorized by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2024 that facilitate the ongoing availability of services to enrolled residents for Jobs Plus and Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency Service Coordinators (ROSS-SC).<\/li>\n<li>Conforming changes required by the publication of the new Project-Based Voucher Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act\u200b Rule (as published in the <em>F<\/em><strong><em>ederal Register<\/em><\/strong> on May 7, 2024, at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/documents\/2024\/05\/07\/2024-08601\/housing-opportunity-through-modernization-act-of-2016-housing-choice-voucher-hcv-and-project-based#page-38304\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">89 FR 38304<\/a>, as corrected in a publication in the <em><strong>Federal Register<\/strong><\/em> on May 28, 2024, at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/citation\/89-FR-46020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">89 FR 46020<\/a>, and effective as of June 6, 2024.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <em>Federal Register<\/em> Notice does not make any change to policy or process governing RAD conversions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HUD has published FR-6503-N-01 Rental Assistance Demonstration: Supplemental Guidance on Revised RAD Notice in the Federal Register.
