The overhaul brings these programs into compliance with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/presidential-actions\/2025\/01\/ending-radical-and-wasteful-government-dei-programs-and-preferencing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Executive Order 14151, Ending Radical And Wasteful Government DEI Programs And Preferencing<\/a>, issued on January 20, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>USDA Rural Development will not consider previous Administration DEIA-based \u201ckey priorities\u201d and discretionary points while scoring applications submitted under the following programs: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/documents\/2024\/09\/27\/2024-22177\/notice-of-funds-availability-nofa-for-the-multifamily-housing-preservation-and-revitalization\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Multifamily Housing Preservation and Revitalization Program<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/documents\/2024\/09\/17\/2024-21033\/consolidated-multifamily-housing-technical-assistance-grant-program-notice-of-funding-availability\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Multifamily Housing Technical Assistance Grant Program<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants do not need to withdraw, submit a new or revised application, or supplement their application. The program will review the application consistent with this notice.
