This final rule requires that <span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\">public housing agencies and owners <\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\">of properties receiving project-based rental <\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\">assistance<\/span>\u00a0<span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\">must <\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\">provide<\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\"> written notification <\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\">to <\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\">tenants <\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\">facing<\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\"> eviction for nonpayment of rent<\/span> <span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\">30 days prior to <\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\">filing<\/span> <span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\">a <\/span><span data-ccp-parastyle=\"heading 2\">formal judicial eviction procedure.
