CARH BROADCAST E-MAIL \u2013 Midyear Meeting Update<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>\u201cEarly Bird\u201d registration discounts will end Monday, December 2<\/strong>, for CARH\u2019s 2025 Midyear Meeting to be held January 27-29 at The Ritz-Carlton Bacarra in Santa Barbara, California. To take advantage of these lowest registration fees, submit your registration form<\/a> and payment to the CARH National Office by COB Monday! Registration fees will increase on December 3rd<\/sup> after the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, so register now to get the best price!<\/p>\n

CARH is also pleased to provide meeting attendees with a preferred rate at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara until January 2, 2025<\/strong>. The discounted room rate is $359 per night for single\/double occupancy. For reservations, please call the hotel at 844-252-9422<\/strong> and identify yourself as part of the \u201cCouncil for Affordable & Rural Housing\u201d or \u201cCARH\u201d room block. Reservations can also be made online by clicking here<\/a>. Strong attendance is expected; therefore, we encourage all CARH members to make your reservations as soon as possible and before the rooms within our meeting block sell out.<\/u><\/p>\n

The detailed meeting brochure will be available in the coming weeks. For travel and planning purposes, the meeting will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 27 and close at approximately 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 29.<\/p>\n

If you would like to participate in a golf tournament<\/strong> on Tuesday afternoon, January 28, at the Sandpiper Golf Club located next to The Ritz-Carlton, click here<\/a> to register. Registration forms for the golf tournament are due January 2, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
