{"id":29912,"date":"2024-10-23T13:09:13","date_gmt":"2024-10-23T17:09:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.carh.org\/?p=29912"},"modified":"2024-10-23T13:17:59","modified_gmt":"2024-10-23T17:17:59","slug":"correction-rd-issues-correction-notice-for-the-mpr-nofa-and-section-515-subsequent-loans-for-preservation-activities-for-fy-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.carh.org\/correction-rd-issues-correction-notice-for-the-mpr-nofa-and-section-515-subsequent-loans-for-preservation-activities-for-fy-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"RD Issues Correction Notice for the MPR NOFA and Section 515 Subsequent Loans for Preservation Activities for FY 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>CARH\u2019S BROADCAST E-MAIL \u2013 Regulatory Alert<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>October 23, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In today\u2019s <em>Federal Register<\/em>, USDA\u2019s Rural Housing Service published a Correction Notice entitled, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.govinfo.gov\/content\/pkg\/FR-2024-10-23\/pdf\/2024-24506.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Notice of Funds Availability (NOFA) for the Multifamily Housing Preservation and Revitalization Demonstration Program (MPR) and for Section 515 Subsequent Loans for Preservation Activities for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024; Correction<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to a corresponding <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carh.org\/rd-correction-notice-nofa-for-the-mpr-and-for-section-515-subsequent-loans-for-preservation-activities-for-the-fy-2024-federal-register\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Multifamily Housing Stakeholder Announcement<\/a> (also posted on CARH\u2019s website), today\u2019s Notice corrects erroneous dates in the eligibility and scoring criteria sections of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.govinfo.gov\/content\/pkg\/FR-2024-09-27\/pdf\/2024-22177.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">original NOFA<\/a> published September 27, 2024.
