The new application deadline is May 23, 2024, at 11:59pm EST.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif;\">The funding amount available is $40 million dollars and will be used to fund 3-year grants for both first-time applicants and those that are looking to expand their current service coordination programs.
