The meeting will be held January 29-31 at The Charleston Place, in historic Charleston, South Carolina.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Meeting Brochure<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The meeting brochure, including the full agenda, list of featured speakers and registration form for the 2024 Midyear Meeting can be found by <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carh.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Brochure-Final-2024-Midyear-Meeting.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">clicking here<\/a><\/strong>. The educational sessions to be featured during the meeting include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Washington News and Report<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Discussion with Regulators<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Housing Markets Today \u2013 Outlook for Tomorrow<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Unraveling the Compliances Issues of the Day<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Addressing Year 15 \u2013 Issues and Options<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Addressing the Financing Gaps<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Physical Inspections \u2013 Moving in a New Direction<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Preservation of the Section 515 Portfolio \u2013 Moving Forward<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, CARH&#8217;s standing committees will meet on Monday, January 29, beginning at 8:30 a.m. All meeting attendees are encouraged to participate in any committee meeting that is relevant to their business. The committee chairs want to hear from you! If you are interested in placing a particular issue on the agenda for any of the following committee meetings, e-mail your suggestion to <strong><a href=\"mailto:carh@carh.org\">carh@carh.org<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Best Practices and Education Committee<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>State Affiliated Association Committee<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lenders Committee<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Management Committee<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Developers and Owners Committee <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following the committee meetings, CARH\u2019s Board of Directors will hold their meeting, at which all attendees are also welcome to attend.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, during the meeting, the following special events will be held:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Welcoming Luncheon<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Networking Reception \u2013 Publishing Offices of <em>Garden &amp; Gun Magazine<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Awards Luncheon<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Network Reception at William Aiken House<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Industry Trade Show with Exhibitors<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carh.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Brochure-Final-2024-Midyear-Meeting.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here<\/a> to download the Meeting Brochure. Reservations must be made by <strong>December 29, 2023<\/strong>. <em><u>If you haven\u2019t already done so, please make your room reservations as soon as possible as it is unlikely any additional rooms will be added to our room block.
