{"id":28992,"date":"2023-11-27T14:40:45","date_gmt":"2023-11-27T19:40:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.carh.org\/?p=28992"},"modified":"2023-11-27T14:44:02","modified_gmt":"2023-11-27T19:44:02","slug":"hud-publishes-green-mortgage-insurance-premium-compliance-reporting-housing-notice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.carh.org\/hud-publishes-green-mortgage-insurance-premium-compliance-reporting-housing-notice\/","title":{"rendered":"HUD Publishes Green Mortgage Insurance Premium Compliance Reporting Housing Notice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>HUD&#8217;s Office of Multifamily Housing sent out the following Asset Management information on November 11, 2023:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"contentpasted0\">Multifamily Housing Partners,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">On November 20, 2023,\u00a0HUD\u2019s Office of Multifamily Housing Programs\u00a0and\u00a0Office of Residential Care Facilities\u00a0published a\u00a0Housing Notice\u00a0titled\u00a0<\/span><strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Required Use of Portfolio Manager for Green Mortgage Insurance Premium Compliance Reporting<\/span><\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, which\u00a0pertains\u00a0to changes to annual compliance reporting for Green Mortgage Premium (MIP) rate recipients.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The\u00a0Notice replaces previous instructions provided to Multifamily and Section 232 properties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">As previously required, the Statement of Energy Performance (SEP) must be submitted by March 31 of the subsequent year after the 12-month data collection period of January 1 to December 31.
