The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rd.usda.gov\/media\/file\/download\/rd-mfhlimitmap.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>updated 2023 income limits<\/strong><\/a> include limits for the Section 538 Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program. The income limits were effective July 13, 2023. The current Income Limits are 115% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for each County\/Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) and household size.<\/p>\n<p>The updated Income Limits are available on the Office of Multifamily Housing\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rd.usda.gov\/programs-services\/multi-family-housing-programs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>website<\/strong><\/a> under \u201cTool and Resources\u201d and also available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rd.usda.gov\/programs-services\/multifamily-housing-programs\/multifamily-housing-loan-guarantees#footnote1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Multifamily Housing Loan Guarantees<\/strong><\/a> website under the \u201cOverview\u201d tab.<\/p>\n<p>If you have questions or need additional information on these updated Income Limits, please contact Tammy Daniels, Finance and Loan Analyst in the Program Support Branch of the Production and Preservation Division at <a href=\"mailto:tammy.daniels@usda.gov\"><strong>tammy.daniels@usda.gov<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Subscribers to CARH\u2019s Electronic AN Express received notice of the RD\u2019s PN 587 that updated HB-01-3565 on July 14.
