On July 13, 2023, Rural Development\u2019s (RD) Office of Multifamily Housing issued PN 587<\/strong><\/a> which published 2023 Income Limits for multifamily housing programs. The updated 2023 income limits<\/strong><\/a> include limits for the Section 538 Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program. The income limits were effective July 13, 2023. The current Income Limits are 115% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for each County\/Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) and household size.<\/p>\n

The updated Income Limits are available on the Office of Multifamily Housing\u2019s website<\/strong><\/a> under \u201cTool and Resources\u201d and also available on the Multifamily Housing Loan Guarantees<\/strong><\/a> website under the \u201cOverview\u201d tab.<\/p>\n
