BABAA requires that all iron, steel, manufactured products and construction materials used in federally funded projects must be produced in the United States.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">USDA Rural Development is leading and supporting the implementation of BABAA as it energizes domestic manufacturing, strengthens supply chains and creates good jobs for people of all backgrounds and experiences across the United States.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">USDA RD\u2019s January 27, 2023, introductory BABAA webinar\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/OK8FX5JGHmk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recording<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and companion<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rd.usda.gov\/media\/file\/download\/babaa-external-training-questions-and-answers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">questions and answers document<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0are now available on the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rd.usda.gov\/build-america-buy-america\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RD BABAA website<\/a><\/strong>. A\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rd.usda.gov\/media\/file\/download\/babaa-customers-guide-02-27-23.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BABAA Customer Guide<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0is also available that provides an overview of BABAA.
