CARH will post the registration link once provided.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>February 22, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #232323;\">Multifamily Housing Stakeholders:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #232323;\">When owners of Section 515 and Section 514 Off-Farm Labor Housing properties apply for prepayment of their loans, Rural Housing Service Multifamily Housing staff communicates with current tenants of these properties, to share tenant rights and options within the prepayment process.\u00a0 We are currently revising these communications and are seeking input from tenant advocates and other stakeholders with respect to what information tenants need and how to best communicate this information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #232323;\">Multifamily Housing\u2019s Portfolio Management Branch will be holding a listening session for stakeholders <strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">on March 9, 2023 at 2pm EDT<\/span><\/strong> to present our proposed draft letters and communication strategy and receive feedback on potential enhancements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #232323;\">A registration link to the meeting will be sent out via GovDelivery soon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #232323;\">Before the listening session, registrants will receive an information packet with an agenda and draft revisions to the tenant letters.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 12.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #232323;\">Please join the discussion!<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rural Development Office of Multifamily Housing sent out the following information.
