The newsletter is a helpful resource that contains information pertaining to all management aspects including building and grounds maintenance, safety regulations, resident issues, administrative tips, and more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Electronic AN Express<br \/>\n<\/strong>The\u00a0<em>Electronic AN Express,<\/em> CARH\u2019s subscription-based electronic publication, contains key Federal Register excerpts from the RD, HUD, FEMA, Department of the Treasury, IRS, and other agencies that impact the industry. It also includes RD Administrative Notices (ANs), procedure manual changes, and data sets, such as Income Limits and Difficult Development Areas.
